Banana Cake Home Made Recipe.

Banana Cake Recipes
Things To Be Needed For a Banana Cake.

Dough:
450 grams flour
150 grams of butter
200 grams sugar
150 grams sour cream
2 eggs (one whole and one yolk)

Filling:
320-350 grams bananas (I took three small, and realized that this was a bit too much)
2 eggs
150 grams sour cream
8 Art. L. flour
70 grams sugar

Method of preparation For Banana Cake:
1 dough. Rub the softened butter with the sugar.
2 Add the eggs (one whole and yolk!), Sour cream and flour (in that order).
(By the way, I add the flour on a glass (seen in the photo above), and, at first, whipped with a mixer.)
Very carefully knead the dough by hand.
3 Puts batter into the pan (I have a diameter of 24-25 cm) and put in the fridge for a while cooking the filling.
4 Toppings. Chop bananas (I mashed into a purée with holes such thing: D).
5 Separate the yolks from the whites and add the yolks to the banana weight.
There also add sour cream, sugar and flour.
6 Whisk the whites in a solid foam, add the total weight, and mix gently (so that the proteins are not settled).
7 Build. Remove from the refrigerator shape the dough and pour the filling there. Pour filling non-carbohydrate not settled.
8 Place the form in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
