350 grams of minced chicken breast (1 large)
One-fifth of the average cabbage (130 grams)
One-third cup of rice ('70)
100 grams of 15% cream
300 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice
Method of Cooking:
2 Scroll through the meat grinder chicken breast fillets.
3 Cabbage finely chop.
4 Mix well in a bowl of beef, cabbage, rice and egg. Then season with salt.
5.-blind from the resulting mince small round cakes and place them in a pan with high sides.
6 For the sauce, mix in a blender 300 grams. tomatoes in their own juice and 100 grams of sour cream. Then add the chopped herbs and salt.
7 Fill the tomato sauce cabbage rolls, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
