Sunday Soup With Bean.

Things to be needed for Sunday soup.
Black Eye Beans 50 grams (you can use canned, only add 5 minutes before end of cooking soup)
Lentils - 100 grams
Ice cream peas - 100 grams
Pumpkin - 500 grams
Onion - 1 pc.
Thyme - 2 sprigs
Curry - 2 table spoon
A mixture of peppers - 1 table spoon
Salt - as your like taste

Method of Cooking:

1) Beans can be soaked for several hours, then it is necessary to boil about 15 minutes. I'm not pre-soaked, so send it with lentils in water, then boil for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cleaned pumpkin, cut it into cubes with the onions.
Fry them until golden brown (about 10 minutes) in a pan with butter (can be olive). Then send them in a pot to lentils and beans.
At the same time add the peas. And cook until tender about 10 minutes.
2) Solim-pepper, add the curry. And hands down!
I had a baguette and soft cream cheese with red mild. Decided by them and decorate the soup.
Fry a piece of baguette and top it with a slice of cheese. It was very tasty!
