Penne with Grilled Vegetables.

Penne with Grilled Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Penne 250 g
Eggplant 1 cup
Sweet pepper ½ cup
Asparagus 4 stalks
Black olives ⅓ cup
Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Fresh basil ¼ cup
Grated lemon peel 1 tsp.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tbsp. Spoon
Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoon
Salt and pepper for taste
Zucchini 1 cup

Cooking Time: 12minutes

How to cook "Penne with grilled vegetables"
1 Cook the penne in a large pot of salted water. Mold half a cup of water in which they cooked penne, drain the remaining water.
2 Fry the grill: cut into cubes of eggplant, zucchini, asparagus and peppers.
3 Stir in a cup of vegetables, sliced in half the tomatoes and olives, chopped basil, lemon zest, lemon juice and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put it all in a pot of penne and add a bit of fusion of water.
Divide it by four plates and Serve.
