Grilled Salmon Steak with Ginger and Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Freshly squeezed orange juice ¾ cup
Soy sauce ½ cup
Oiled chopped ginger ¼ cup
Chopped garlic 2 cloves
Dark sesame oil 2 tsp.
Salmon Steak 4 pcs.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

How to cook "Salmon steak with ginger and soy sauce"
1 Mix the orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and oil. Place the marinade in the package. Add a package of salmon steaks. Close the bag and place for 4 hours in the refrigerator. Package during this time, you will need a couple of times to turn.
2 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the salmon on a sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
3 Half cup marinade from the bag, pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened about 5 minutes.
Pour the prepared steak sauce.
