Halibut Fillet with Cherry Tomatoes Simple Recipe.

Recipe: Halibut Fillet with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients for 1 serving:
Halibut                                                            150 g
Olive oil                                              ½ st. spoon
Cherry tomatoes                                  ½ cup
Fresh basil                                           1 tbsp. Spoon
Lemon                                                 Slice
Salt and pepper                                    for taste

Cooking time:                                               10 minutes

How to cook "Halibut fillet with cherry tomatoes".
1 Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
2 Coat fillets with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3 Place on grill fish fillets and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
4 Fry for 4 minutes on each side. Tomatoes have a little char.

5 Put in a dish, sprinkle with herbs on top and squeeze the lemon.
