Low-Carb Protein Crepe.

Low-Carb Protein Crepe Recipe
Ingredients for 1 serving:
Vanilla protein                         1 m. Spoon
Egg white                                ¼ cup
Almond milk                           1 tsp.
Peanut Butter PB2                  2 tbsp. spoon
Stevia                                      For taste
Cinnamon                                ½ tsp

Cooking time:                                   15 minutes

How to cook "low-carb protein crepe"
Mix 1 protein, protein, almond milk and stevia.
2 Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating.
3 Pour the batter into the pan and cook as usual thick pancake, until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn to the other side and cook until done.
Blend 4 Peanut Butter PB2 (powder) with water to the desired consistency.

5 Pour the peanut butter crepe and sprinkle with cinnamon.
