Skewers of Chicken with Vegetables, Lemon and Basil.

Recipe: Skewers of Chicken with Vegetables, Lemon and Basil
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Olive oil ⅓ Glasses
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 tbsp. spoon
Grated lemon peel 1 tbsp. Spoon
Minced garlic 1 clove
Mustard 1 tbsp. Spoon
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper ¾ tsp.
Fresh basil ⅓ cup
Chicken breast 600 g
Sweet pepper 1 piece
Zucchini 2 pcs
Cherry tomatoes 16 pcs

Cooking time: 15 minutes

How to cook "Chicken Shashlik with vegetables, lemon and basil":
1 Mix the oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and basil in a large bowl. Add back cut a medium-sized pieces of chicken, cut into squares bell pepper and zucchini, cherry tomatoes. Close the lid and put 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2 and a half hours, lower by 30 minutes. Wooden skewers in water.
3 Prepare the grill.
4 Put the chicken on skewers with vegetables, alternating slices and place on the grill. Periodically turn the skewers that is not burnt. Approximate cooking time - 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
