Spanish omelet Recipe.

Recipe: Spanish omelet.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
Egg white 6 pcs.
Egg yolk 1 pc.
Dried oregano ½ tsp.
Paprika ½ tsp.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. Spoon
Whole wheat bread 2 slices
Zucchini 1 piece
Red bell pepper 1 piece
Tomato 1 piece

Cooking time: 10 minutes

How to cook "Spanish Omelet"
1 In a medium bowl, whisk the whites, egg yolk, oregano and paprika.
2 In a large skillet heat the oil. Add the diced bread, zucchini, pepper and tomato. Fry, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are soft, about 3 minutes. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir constantly until tender, about 3 minutes.
