Chicken with Cashew Nuts and Mini Corn Recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Chicken broth                                      ½ cup
Oyster sauce                                        2 tbsp. spoon
Soy sauce                                             1 tbsp. Spoon
Cornstarch                                           1 tbsp. Spoon
Lime juice                                            1 tbsp. Spoon
Olive oil                                              2 tbsp. spoon
Chicken breast                                     4 pcs.
Red bell pepper                                   2 pcs.
Mushrooms                                          1 cup
Mini corn                                             ½ cup
Chives                                                 1 tbsp. Spoon
Cashew                                                            ½ cup
Salt and pepper                                    for taste
Cooking time:                                      25 minutes

How to cook "Chicken with cashew nuts and mini corn"
Mix in 1 bowl of chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, lime juice and set aside.
2 Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3 Add the chopped chicken breast into small pieces and fry for 6-8 minutes.
4 Add the chopped pepper, chopped corn and mushrooms, fry together for another 3-5 minutes.

Freeze-dried mango                             1 cup
Fresh cilantro                                      sprig

How to cook "Yogurt Breakfast"

Zucchini 1 cup

Vanilla protein 2 scoops
Splendid sweetener 60 g
Baking soda ½ tsp.
Salt ¼ tsp.
Berry puree 220 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp. spoon
Water ½ cup

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

How to cook "Protein cupcakes"
1 Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
2 Mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, vanilla whey protein, baking powder, salt, cocoa - together in a large bowl.
3. Combine liquid ingredients: egg whites, Splendid (or any sweetener) , berry baby puree , water -  in a medium-sized bowl .
4 Add the liquid ingredients into the dry and mix well.
5 squirt spray cooking pans for baking.
6 Pour the batter into the mold.
7 Bake for 20-30 minutes.
8 Cut the finished cake into 16 cubes. 2 dice - 1 serving.

Frozen broccoli - 280 grams
Skim milk - 180 ml
Flour - 1 tbsp. Spoon
Sea salt - ½ tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper- ¼ tsp.

Cooking Potatoes:

Baked Apples Stuffed With Rice
Ingredients for baked apple:

Apples (large) - 4-5 pieces
Raisins (seedless) - 100 grams
Rice - 0.5 Art

Butter - 100 grams
Vanilla - 1/2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon (ground) - 1/2 tablespoon

Method of preparation:

1 First of all wash the rice, and covered with cold water and boil until warm. Drain the hot soup through a strainer, rinse the rice with cold water and let it drain

Recipe of Caesar Salad with Chicken.

Caesar Salad with Chicken Recipes
Things we needed for this salad recipe

½ Small baguette can yesterday
3 table spoon of olive oil
2 chicken breasts
1 large head Romaine
Some parmesan, finely chopped or grated Peeler

Thing to be needed for the filling:
2 cloves of garlic
2 large chicken egg yolks
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon of Worcester paste
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper for your taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut baguette into the cubes with a side of 1.5 centimetres. Pan pour 2 tablespoon of olive oil, put the slices of baguette and stir so that the oil cover all the cubes. Put the pan in a preheated 200 degree oven and burn for at least 8 to 10 minutes.
While preparing croutons, in a skillet over the medium temperature 1 tablespoon warm up olive oil. Cut each chicken into 2 pieces, dilute salt and pepper as your taste. Now put in a pan and fry until cooked on both sides for 5 minutes on each side.

Ingredients:

 6, 5 c. dry yeast;
2-2, 5 st. flour;

Method of preparation: 
1. Mixed the water with olive oil
2. Mix the flour with yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl or any other large pot.
3. The deepening in the flour and pour it with water and the olive oil
4. Molds the dough will not rigid;
5. Put the dough for half an hour in a warm place.

When the dough is suitable divide into two parts, roll out the dough and put the ingredients to taste.
Roast at about 10 minutes in the oven at 2030-250 degrees.
Put the cheese when the pizza is almost ready, so this is just melted and not cook in the oven.

3 eggs
